OHPOPEN HOUSE
PROFESSIONALS

Every open house, covered.

Post the open houses you can't make. Licensed Realtors nearby apply to host, and you confirm the one you want.

OHP open house details: hosting pay $200, listing price $735,000, Sunday 1 to 3 PM, with an Apply to host button.
OHP Home screen for a Realtor: one open house hosting soon and one hosting invitation waiting.

One account. Both sides of the door.

There are no separate listing-agent and host accounts. Every member is a Realtor who posts some weeks and hosts others.

When you can't be there

  • Post the address, time and hosting pay
  • Keep lockbox codes hidden until a host is confirmed
  • Review who applies, or invite an agent yourself

When you have a free afternoon

  • Add the hours and ZIP codes you can cover
  • See open houses that fit your time and area
  • Apply with a short note to the listing agent

From posted to covered

  1. Post it

Address, date, hosting pay and what the host should do. Access notes stay private.

  2. Find a host

Realtors apply, or you invite someone from a list of agents who are free and nearby.

  3. Confirm one

Approving a host books the open house. Everyone else who asked is told it's covered.

  4. Hand over the details

Only the confirmed host sees the access instructions and the documents you attach.

Invite a Realtor to host: suggested hosts Priya Raman, Ana Lucía Torres and Grant Holloway, each free at the open house time and within a few miles.
Inviting a host: agents whose availability covers your open house come first, with the distance from where they work.

The right open houses find you

Search by distance

Look within 5 to 100 miles of any ZIP code, then sort by distance or pay. The map groups open houses by ZIP code.

Picked for your week

Tell OHP when you're free, where you work and your minimum pay. It suggests open houses that fit, and says why.

Recommended for you on the OHP Home screen: 2210 Magnolia Terrace on Sunday at 1 PM, with the reasons it matches.

Suggestions you can check

Every match lists its reasons: the hours you're free, the miles from your ZIP code, the pay. Open houses below the minimum you set are never suggested.

Your week, in one calendar

Bookings, applications, invitations and the hours you're free sit side by side. A confirmed booking can never overlap another one.

OHP Schedule on a phone: the week's calendar with availability, an application, an invitation and a confirmed booking.

You're handing over a key

So OHP is a closed network of licensed professionals, not an open marketplace.

Questions

Who can join?

Licensed real estate agents. When you sign up you add your license number and state and your brokerage, and OHP reviews the account before it goes live. Service businesses join the provider directory instead.

Can I both post and host open houses?

Yes. Every Realtor account can do both. Post when you need cover, add your availability when you have time to host.

Who sees the lockbox code and access notes?

Only you, the host you confirm and OHP administrators. Other agents see the address, time, pay and hosting requirements, but not the private details.

What if two open houses overlap?

You can't be confirmed for two open houses at the same time. If you've asked to host two that overlap, OHP warns you that only one can be confirmed.

Can I import my listing from HAR?

Not yet. Listing import is in development, starting with HAR. Until then you enter the property details when you post the open house.

Is there a mobile app?

OHP works in the browser on any phone, with the same account. Dedicated iPhone and Android apps are in development.
